Chile, playing a greatly changed side to thet which crumbled against Argentina on Sunday,  totally outplayed the inexperienced Venezuelans scoring their second highest international rugby score (The highest was 102-0 v Paraguay last year). They were allowed to play an expansive, open game. Chile lead 50-0 at halftime, scoring eight tries in the first half. The Venezuelans did not help their cause by having two players sin binned.
