MATCH NOTES
Wales gained their second Grand Slam in four years, their tenth in total, the first being exactly 100 years ago. This was France's first Championship loss in Cardiff since 1996.
 
Shane Williams' try put him at the top of the all-time Welsh try scoring list. Ian Gough was playing his 50th test for Wales as did Duncan Jones when he came on as a replacement.
