MATCH NOTES Sifa, Smith, Gagiano, Welch and Pittman were all making their test debuts for United States. Erskine last played for USA v South Africa at the 2007 Rugby World Cup as did veteran Parker. Basauri last played for USA v Tonga, also at the 2007 Rugby World Cup. Quinns’ only test for the USA was v England Saxons, June 2007. Erskine scored his first try for the United States. Etcherrery, Fonesca, Laitana, Leivas, Martinez and Vilaseca were making their test debuts for Uruguay.
