The Russian rugby squad is at present in South Africa preparing for their European Nations Cup fixtures. The Russians defeated Romania last November and look in a good position to take the title.

“Hong Kong thrashed Chinese Taipei 64-17 Sunday in a friendly at King's Park. The hosts ran in ten tries during the match including two each for Semi Iafeta, Kris Marin and Rowan Varty. Kenzo Pannell scored one try and kicked seven conversions. The two teams play again on Wednesday night at the same venue.”
