AUSTRALIAN BUSHFIRE APPEAL

As many of you are aware the Australian State of Victoria suffered life taking and massive property destruction. I stayed in Melbourne overnight on my way home from NZ 31 Jan-1 Feb with friends only a suburb away from Kinglake which was devastated including huge loss of life. My friends are now harbouring a friend from that suburb who only just managed to save herself, her cat and her car. Everything else gone!! The survivors need help.

The Australian and now World community have rallied to support the people of Victoria. You can do this at this web site

www.redcross.org.au

I have started a summary of international rugby in 2008. Go to  http://rugby-international.blogspot.com/

This web page still contains all archived international rugby results, news archives, country lists updates, match Data Sheet updates and other data and will continue to do so until the new web site is ready to be launched.

BRITISH AND IRISH LIONS TOUR OF SOUTH AFRICA-SCHEDULE (07.02)

This is the test series the world has been waiting for. The schedule is very similar to the way international rugby teams played their games away. It usually consisted of a series of provincial games followed by 3 or 4 tests against the home side. The British and Irish Lions are the only test schedule of this kind. The question is, should other international tours revert to this system?
